Upshur County Schools requested a review of our special education department. This review was conducted by the West Virginia Department of Education office of special education. The report can be found at the Upshur County Schools website under documents in the folder titled Special Circumstance Reviews. Upshur County Schools has started the process of working through the identified areas and will meet the deadlines set forth in this report.
