On Tuesday, November 30th, Buckhannon Academy Elementary School Principals, Mrs. Susanne Britton and Mr. Eric Brand, recognized Upshur Stars who go above and beyond to enhance the school culture. Teacher, Braden Hoffman, was recognized for this efforts in offering after school music lessons to students. Mr. Hoffman returns the money he earns to the school, so additional music equipment can be purchased for the music classroom. Student leaders were recognized for their contribution to Student Council, Safety Patrol, Recycling Committee, and the Pioneer Press. Congratulations to all! You are Upshur Stars!
