DOT Physical Bid
The Upshur County Board of Education, Buckhannon, WV invites proposals for Physical Examination Reports for West Virginia School Bus Operators bid for Upshur County Board of Education Transportation Department. The scope of the service, submission requirements and the basis for the award is contained in the request for proposal. The purpose of this notice is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for Physical Examination Reports for West Virginia School Bus Operators for use by the Upshur County Board of Education Transportation Department.
No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least ninety days. No responses will be accepted after the posted closing time. Other requirements are detailed in the Bid Proposal. The bid Proposal information can be found on the Upshurschools.com website on the front page. Proposals will be publicly opened on August 4, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. at the Upshur County Board of Education Office, 102 Smithfield Street, Buckhannon WV 26201.
