Mrs. Hicks has 22 years of service to the students of Upshur County, where she inspires young artists to perform to their fullest potential. Mrs. Jessica Grose, paraprofessional at Hodgesville Elementary School, was announced as the Upshur County Service Personnel of the Year. Mrs. Grose has served Upshur County students in some capacity for over 11 years. Through her service, Mrs. Grose positively impacts students and staff with her infectious smile.
