The Upshur County Board of Education invites members of the community to consider fulfilling the vacant Board Member seat. The representative must reside in Magisterial District 2 or 3.
For consideration, individuals must submit a letter of interest and a resume addressed to the Upshur County Board of Education President, Dr. Tammy Samples. Letters may be mailed, or hand delivered to 102 Smithfield Street Buckhannon, WV 26201, or emailed to Megan O’Neill at megan.oneill@k12.wv.us by 4:00pm on Friday, September 30, 2022. Letters received after the deadline will not be accepted.
The Board will announce the appointment of the new member at the Board Meeting to be held on October 11, 2022 at French Creek Elementary School.
